Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetbuz platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to jeetbuz's website, mobile application, and related digital channels. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses services from this platform.
By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have voluntarily and knowingly accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
jeetbuz reserves the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published. You are advised to check this page regularly.

2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on jeetbuz, the user must be of legal adult age under applicable law, with a minimum age of 21. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Security Responsibility
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP strictly confidential. Granting a third party access to your account or transferring your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
- Providing your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration is mandatory.
- A national identity card or other acceptable document may be required to verify your account.
- jeetbuz reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information.
3 Age Verification
jeetbuz is an adult service. All services on this platform are available only to users aged 21 or above. During registration, users declare that they are not under 21 years of age.
In cases of doubt, jeetbuz may request age verification documents (national identity card, birth registration certificate, or passport) at any time. If the documents are unsatisfactory, the account will be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be delayed.
Protecting minors from gaming is our priority. If a parent suspects their child is using this platform, please contact our support team immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits on jeetbuz can be made using three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Users may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
- If bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met, the relevant amount cannot be withdrawn.
- If fraud is suspected, jeetbuz may hold any withdrawal request and carry out verification.
- Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on jeetbuz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
5 Bonuses and Promotions
jeetbuz offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus is not cash — it is added to your balance, but to withdraw it you must wager the bonus amount 20 times.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To make a withdrawal, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.
5.1 Bonus Terms
- The bonus is awarded only once and is non-transferable.
- If a bet placed with bonus balance is cancelled or considered ineligible for any reason, that bet will not count towards the wagering requirement.
- Use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games or betting markets — applicable conditions will be stated on the promotions page.
- If bonus abuse is detected, jeetbuz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.2 VIP Program
The jeetbuz VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback is offered at each tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for that week.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuz platform and may result in permanent account closure:
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Making fraudulent payments or filing chargeback requests.
- Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
- Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Betting
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the applicable sporting rules state otherwise. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. jeetbuz reserves the right to cancel bets where incorrect odds have been published.
7.2 Casino and Slots
Casino game and slot results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by a third party. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider and represents a long-term average — it does not guarantee winnings in any particular session.
7.3 Technical Issues
If the internet is disconnected or a server issue occurs mid-game or mid-bet, the data stored in the game provider's system will be treated as final. jeetbuz will not be held liable for losses arising from such situations.
8 Account Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
Any user may voluntarily request to close their account. Please contact the support team to do so. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.2 Closure by jeetbuz
jeetbuz may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- False information found regarding age or identity.
- When required to comply with a law or court order.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
jeetbuz is not liable for direct financial losses incurred by any user through betting or gaming. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee is given for any specific outcome.
jeetbuz will not be directly liable for losses caused by errors in third-party game provider software. However, such complaints will be forwarded to the relevant game studio for investigation.
jeetbuz is not obligated to provide compensation for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, or government directives.
10 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact jeetbuz's support team first. Support is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat or email. The support team will receive your complaint and investigate it in a timely manner.
If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, it may be escalated to a higher level. However, if the complaint is found to be without merit or determined to have been submitted with fraudulent intent, jeetbuz may reject it.

10.1 Dispute Subject Matter and Limitations
Complaints regarding game results must be submitted within 7 days of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
jeetbuz gives the highest importance to protecting users' personal information. All data is collected, stored and processed through SSL encryption and secure servers. Personal information is never sold to third parties.

By registering, you give jeetbuz permission to process your information for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You also have the option to opt out of promotional communications.
12 Changes to Terms
jeetbuz reserves the right to change, add to or remove these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.

The Bengali version of these terms will be considered the original document. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, jeetbuz's interpretation will be final.
